Inclusive Education forms a significant 25% of the student community at MSVV.
EWS students who study at the School for free, have always been embraced by the MSVV community, and, even moreso, in recent years. The successful engagement of the The Helping Hands Programme, a reinforcement programme for EWS students has received heartfelt feedback by the parents of the EWS children. These parents have shared that their students are given great support and attention at MSVV, and are thus, happier than in any other school.
The Helping Hands Programme has approximately 18 students per class from Grades 1, 2 and 3. The programme is conducted three days a week on alternate days between 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm. (Monday, Wednesday & Friday). The programme involves parent volunteers to help the students to improve their academic skills. Each parent volunteer has a group of 10 students. The volunteers work with the children on their mathematical, oral and written skills in English, along with counselling them in their social behavior & hygiene.
